Silver Star averages more than 23 feet of snow annually (700 cm) on 3065 skiable acres. There are 6 lifts, including a six-pack, four quads and a double. You'll ski or ride on 115 marked trails, 15% Easiest, 40% More Difficult, 35% Most Difficult, 10% Extreme with Silver Star's longest run the Eldorado at 5 miles.

With over 60 kilometers of pristine track-set trails, stunning views, thoughtful grooming and their famous champagne powder into the Sovereign Lakes. And, there are 4km of lit track for night skiing. The Austria trip is back by popular demand! This trip is exceptional in many ways, one being that you can register before the Ski Buddies October potluck … a requirement due to the early commitment date!

Back again by popular demand, Ski Buddies is offering a group trip to the Blewett Pass, Teanaway Valley, Suncadia, and Salmon La Sac areas of Washington State. We will be staying at the incredible Huntley Lodge , which is central to all these snow sports areas. Enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing, backcountry skiing or downhill skiing on this adventure for Ski Buddies.

The Huntley Lodge is a private estate nestled in the trees on 20 scenic acres in the beautiful Teanaway Valley just 6 miles from Cle Elum, WA (90 minute drive from Seattle). When entering the Main Lodge you’ll be inspired by the soaring 40 ft wall of windows in the Great Room and open floor plan that's ideal for our group. The kitchen features slab granite counters, stainless appliances, 6 burner gas cook top and an oversized dining table and beverage bar -perfect for the group meals that we have planned for this trip! The centerpiece of the Lodge is the wood burning stone fireplace and comfortable couches for telling stories late into the evening. Upstairs we’ll be greeted by a TV lounge and game tables! Outside, soak in the eight person hot tub or warm yourself by the outdoor fireplace and take in the views of the meadow and surrounding hills and mountains.
