Join Seattle Ski Buddies trip captain Gil Price as he takes you on a memorable week skiing a first class European resort - the Austrian Alps Arlberg region. Ski over 260 km of prepared runs on one ski pass throughout nine ski areas including Lech, Zuers, Oberlech, St. Christoph, St. Anton, Stuben, Kloesterle/Sonnenkopf, Warth-Schrocken and Pettneu. Gil knows this area very well having skied it annually for over two decades.

Lodging: Hotel Stuelzis, Lech am Arlberg, Austria

Prices: US$1,390 per person sharing a double room or US$1,470 per person in a single room. Full payment deadline is September 28, 2015. Some space may still be available at the time of the Ski Buddies October potluck.

Included in the above price:

Seven nights lodging at Hotel Stuelzis in Lech am Arlberg
Daily Austrian breakfast and daily four course dinner in the hotel dining room
Wine and beer reception on Sunday evening
Six daily lift passes beginning on Sunday and ending on Friday, good at the following ski areas: Lech, Zuers, Oberlech, St. Christoph, St. Anton, Stuben, Kloesterlie/Sonnenkopf, Warth-Schrocken and Pettneu
Access to the hotel wellness center (swimsuit-optional steam bath and sauna, coed European style)
Daily ski storage and boot warmers
Free Wi-Fi/ internet

Transportation costs not included:

Estimated $1,000-1,200 roundtrip coach fare from Seattle to Zurich (January is low season!)
Roundtrip to and from Lech am Arlberg from Zurich airport's terminal 2 (with arlbergexpress.com) is estimated at Euro90 or $120 per person
Optional Zurich overnight on 23 January, if convenient with regard to your flight departure time, estimated at $150

Deposits can be made now with checks payable to Ski Buddies (club membership required) and full trip payment due by September 28th, 2015.

Refund Policy: because the number of participants signed up for a trip influences trip leader decisions about the size and viability of a trip, refunds are granted only in the event that an open spot made available because of cancellation was able to be filled. Any refunds will be made after completion of the trip.
